2,5 glasses of sugar
1 teaspoon of butter
Juice of half a lemon
Mandarin jam preparation:
Line the mandarin slices in a pot. After sprinkling the sugar on them, add the butter and put it on heat. Cook for 1 hour in low heat, add the lemon juice and let it simmer for 4-5 more minutes. Pour it in a jar and tightly close the lid. Keep it in the refrigerator.
