Ingredients:
100 grams of strawberry
100 grams of raspberry
100 grams of blueberry
1 kg of strained yoghurt
¼ glass of milk
1 + ½ glasses of granola
Honey according to taste
Preparation:
Roast the strawberries and raspberries together in a pan for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the heat and do the same thing for the blueberries while the other fruits are cooling down.
Mix the yoghurt, honey and milk in a big bowl. The mixture must be viscous.
Put 1 or 2 spoons of yoghurt mixture, 1 spoon of granola and 1 spoon of fruity mixture into the mold. Wait until the mixture is frozen.
Keep them in freezer for 6 hours. To remove them from the molds easily, put the molds under hot water.
